One of the challenges when trying to keep up your health conscious eating habits is cooking healthy when you’re short on time. It’s even more important at the end of a long day to stay focused and eat right. These healthy meals can be prepared in 30 minutes or less!

1. Healthy Chicken Burritos. Who doesn’t like burritos? This quick and easy burrito recipe is a great substitute for Mexican take out. If you have a little extra time it can also be prepared with fresh salsa!

2. Grilled Chicken With Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Comfort food at its best, this recipe puts a twist on roasted chicken, with the breasts grilled on the stovetop. Good carbs for this meal comes in the form of sweet potatoes (compared to traditional ones) which are roasted in the oven.

3. Fish Tacos With Guacamole. Avocados are a healthy yet tasty fat and are used in a special guacamole sauce for these fish tacos, made with halibut. They are fun to assemble and ready in a jiffy!

4. Nicoise Salad (Vegan). You can make this light yet filling nicoise salad with mashed chickpeas for a different twist on the traditional salad. Tuna can also be used for those meat eaters out there, as it’s a healthy and lean protein.
