  • PowerBLAST™

    This is our flagship class and it will help you achieve more than you ever thought possible! PowerBLAST™ Group Training classes provide a combination of cardio and resistance training meant to get your heart rate up and keep you moving for a full hour. You’ll be getting a full-body workout in every class, typically burning between 500—700 calories each time. This class is truly the best way to get real results that hundreds of clients have experienced first-hand.

  • Strength & Stretch

    Strength & Stretch Group Training is designed to go deeper into your muscles. First, you will engage in a 30 minute round of strength training exercises that will challenge and energize you. Then we bring the focus to increasing mobility and flexibility through a long 30 minute stretching session. If you are looking to build your strength and fire up your metabolism while gaining more flexibility, Strength & Stretch is EXACTLY what you are looking for

  • PureStrength

    Strength is absolutely necessary for our everyday lives. Strength is the foundation of everything that our bodies do day in and day out. But strength is also a skill to be learned. Our PureStrength Group Training classes do just that. We will teach you HOW to be strong and instruct you in proper technique so that you lift weights safely. You will get stronger...and in the process you will find that everything else in your life becomes a little bit easier.

  • TRX Blast

    The TRX Suspension Training system is a revolutionary, cutting-edge fitness system. And TRX Blast Group Training takes full advantage of the TRX system by challenging your cardio fitness and strength. We will work through combos and circuits of TRX and cardio drills in ways that you’ve NEVER seen done before! The TRX system is incredibly versatile and you'll be trying new exercises each class! This class is open to ALL fitness levels. No TRX experience is required.

  • Empowered Living

    Empowered Living Group Training is a custom, low-impact fitness option no matter what your age or the state of your body Our bodies are meant to move, but many of us find ourselves with joint issues that don't allow high-impact exercise without the risk of serious injury. Empowered Living serves active adults on the Coast who would like a low-impact option for their fitness! We focus on building functional movement, strength, balance, and flexibility. We provide the support and accountability to keep you active and moving at any age!

Total Fitness Package (Unlimited Classes)

Our Total Fitness Package is for anyone ready to make a real difference in their lives! This package allows you to attend an unlimited number of classes each month and experience any of our Group Training classes. And to accommodate your busy schedule, we offer multiple morning, mid-day, and evening classes each week to choose from. And ALL of these classes are expertly designed by Empowered Fitness to maximize your results in a minimum amount of time, and do it safely!

  • Unlimited Classes

  • Nutrition Coaching and education
  • Each class has a different focus and together provide a complete fitness program that will make you stronger, healthier, and in better shape than you’ve ever been in your life!

Foundations Package (2 Classes/Week)

Our Foundations Package guarantees you 2 classes per week of any of our Group Training classes to burn calories and lean out your body. This package is perfect for someone looking to round out an existing fitness routine or just starting out on a fitness program.
