Breakfast often falls into a regular routine, which makes preparation easy and quick. But sometimes it’s nice to change it up! This Yogurt Parfait recipe is just the right amount of decadent. Take a few more minutes this Sunday morning to treat yourself!

Ingredients:
⅔ cup of 2% Greek Yogurt
¼ cup of blueberries
¼ cup of raspberries
2 tsp of strawberry jam (no added sugar)
1 ½ tbsp of sliced almonds
½ tsp of cinnamon

 

Recipe:

  1. Spoon your Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add the blueberries and raspberries.
  3. Heat the strawberry jam for 20 seconds or until warm and liquid. Pour over your parfait.
  4. Sprinkle the almonds and cinnamon on the top of your concoction.
  5. Tada! You now have a delicious breakfast parfait. Enjoy!
