Avocados are very popular these days with the Superbowl coming up, but there’s more to them than guacamole! When done right, it can be a great addition to game day parties and beyond. Below are three delicious recipes to up your avocado game.

  1. Smoky Cucumber, Radish, & Avocado Salad. The variety of flavors in this recipe makes it much more than a simple salad! This delicious, fresh mixture is given a kick with an easy to make smoky paprika dressing. A scrumptious addition to any meal!
  2. Greek Yogurt Guacamole. Ok, this one is technically guacamole but it’s going to change your perspective on this delicious dip! Avocados are good in moderation, but you can easily go over your fat allotment by munching on guacamole all afternoon. The greek yogurt in this recipe cuts the fat content but keeps the creaminess, making it the perfect addition to your snack table!
  3. Avocado Basil Chicken Pasta. This recipe actually comes from our blog! Cheesy pasta like fettucine alfredo might taste good, but it won’t do your health any favors! Make a creamy pasta that the whole family will enjoy. It also tastes good cold, so you can serve it with your big game buffet.
