Summertime snacks can be hard to keep healthy. Whether you are grabbing some potato chips for your walk to the beach or an ice cream from the corner store on the way home, the calories add up. We’ve found a yummy alternative that comes in bite-sized pieces and is a frozen treat to boot! They are also a great way to get those picky eaters some more protein in their diet. Makes 4 servings

Ingredients/Tools:

2 cups of your favorite yogurt

Pro Tip: Choose a couple of flavors for a fun assortment.   

Ziploc or pastry bag

Recipe:

  1. Fill each of your Ziploc or pastry bags with a different flavor of yogurt. If you are using a Ziploc, cut a small hole in one corner.
  2. Place dots evenly on a baking sheet. Try to keep them small and cute!
  3. Freeze for minimum 1 hour. These dots freeze pretty quickly, so within 6 hours you can take them off of the baking sheet and store in a Tupperware.
  4. Enjoy!
