Who doesn’t crave cookies or chocolate once and a while? Satisfy your dessert cravings without the sugar and butter overdose. Not to mention we threw in some protein! This is a great item to end your lunch when you need to add some pep in your step for the rest of the day.
1/3 cup MRM Low Carb Protein Powder in French Vanilla

1/3 cup almond flour
1/8 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of peanut butter (Or almond butter, or cashew butter. Your choice!)
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
- Mix the protein powder and almond flour together in a medium bowl.
- Add maple syrup and peanut butter to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Add in the chocolate chips, make sure they are spread evenly throughout the mix. Your bowl should now look like it’s full of cookie dough!
- Take a spoonful of the cookie snack mixture out of the bowl and roll into a ball. Continue until you make 10 snacks!
Pro Tip: If your cookie snack mixture isn’t sticking together, add another tablespoon of peanut butter.
