Who doesn’t crave cookies or chocolate once and a while? Satisfy your dessert cravings without the sugar and butter overdose. Not to mention we threw in some protein! This is a great item to end your lunch when you need to add some pep in your step for the rest of the day.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup MRM Low Carb Protein Powder in French Vanilla
Pro Tip: We have MRM Protein Powder available for purchase at Empowered Fitness and it also comes in Chocolate, so come on by and pick your favorite!
1/3 cup almond flour
1/8 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of peanut butter (Or almond butter, or cashew butter. Your choice!)
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips

 

Recipe:

  1. Mix the protein powder and almond flour together in a medium bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup and peanut butter to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips, make sure they are spread evenly throughout the mix. Your bowl should now look like it’s full of cookie dough!
  4. Take a spoonful of the cookie snack mixture out of the bowl and roll into a ball. Continue until you make 10 snacks!

 Pro Tip: If your cookie snack mixture isn’t sticking together, add another tablespoon of peanut butter.
